ATP on Pack Size

This page allows you to retrieve the ATP details for the selected sale order number from the main page. If the sale order details are known it can be specified. Based on the sale order details specified, the ATP is run to retrieve the details of the available quantity of the item pack variant.
Select the “ATP for PackSize” link at the bottom “Maintain Sales Order” page.
The “ATP on Pack Size” page appears.
The system displays the following details in the “Line Item Details” group box:

Sale Order Number |
The code identifying the sale order. |

Sale order date |
The date on which the sale order was created. |
Enter the following details in the “Line Item Details” group box:

Order Line Number |
The number identifying the line item in the sale order. |
|
Schedule Number |
The number identifying the schedule number of the sale order. |
|
Item Code |
The code identifying the line item in the sale order (Alphanumeric, 32) |
|
Variant Code |
The code identifying the item variant (Alphanumeric, 8). |
|
Item Variant Description |
A textual description of the item variant. |
|
Zoom facility available. |
|
|
Warehouse |
The code identifying the shipping location warehouse at which the specified quantity of the item is available. |
|
Quantity |
The quantity of the item ordered in the sale order (Integer). |
|
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item specified in the sale order (Alphanumeric, 15). |
The system displays the following details in the “Line Item Details” group box:

Bulk Quantity |
The bulk quantity of item ordered in the sale order (Integer). |

UOM Code |
The unit of measurement of the bulk quantity of the item specified in the sale order (Alphanumeric, 15). |
Enter the following details in the “Line Item Details” group box:

Need Date |
The date on which the sale order is required (Date Format). |

Shipping Point |
The point from where the goods are shipped to the delivery area specified by the customer. |

ATP Option Level |
Use the drop-down list box to select the availability to promise option level of the item. You can select from “OU” or “Warehouse”. The system displays “Warehouse” by default on the launch of the page. |
Click the “ATP for Pack Size” pushbutton to retrieve the ATP results for the specified pack size.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Item Group Details” multiline:

Pack Variant |
The code identifying the item pack variant. |

Pack Variant Description |
The description of the item pack variant. |
|
ATP Quantity |
The quantity of item available in a selected warehouse for a given promised date. |
|
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item in the sale order. |
|
Bulk Quantity |
The bulk quantity of item ordered in the sale order |
|
UOM Code |
The unit of measurement of the bulk quantity of the item specified in the sale order. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the sales order.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
