This page allows you to view the allocation details of the items specified in the pack slip. The system retrieves and displays all the line numbers pertaining to the pack slip. Based on the line number selected, the lot details are retrieved and displayed in this page.
Select the “View Allocation Details” link at the bottom of “View Pack Slip” page.
The “View Allocation Details” page appears.
The system retrieves and displays the following details based on the pack slip number selected:

Pack Slip Number |
The number identifying the pack slip. |

Pack Slip Date |
The date on which the pack slip was created. |
Enter the following details:

Pack Slip Line Number |
Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the line item in the pack slip. The system populates all the line numbers for the selected pack slip. |
The system retrieves and displays the following allocation details based on the pack slip line number selected:

Reference Document Number |
The type of reference document for which you want to view the pack slip details. |

Ship To Customer |
The code identifying the customer to whom the goods must be shipped. |

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |
|
Item Variant Code |
The code identifying the item variant. |

Item Description |
The description of the item. |
|

Zoom facility available |
|
Pack Slip Quantity |
The quantity of item for which pack slip is made. |
|
Pack Slip Allocated Quantity |
The quantity of item that can be allocated for dispatch from the pack slip quantity. This quantity should be less than pack slip quantity. |

Sale UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item in the sale order. |
|
Warehouse Code |
The code identifying the warehouse from which the goods must be dispatched. |
|
Alternate Quantity |
The alternate quantity of the items from the pack slip quantity. |
|
Alternate UOM |
The alternate unit of measure of the item that is issued from the pack slip UOM. |
The system displays the following details in the multiline:

Lot Number |
The number identifying the lot number of the item. |

From Sub Lot Number |
The starting number in the range of numbers identifying the sub lot number within a lot number. |

To Sub Lot Number |
The ending number in the range of numbers identifying the sub lot number within a lot number. |
|
Zone |
The number identifying the zone within the warehouse. |
|
Bin |
The number identifying the bin where the item is maintained. |
|
Quantity |
The quantity of stock available for the item in the specified lot/bin/zone/bin. |
|
Alternate Quantity |
The alternate quantity of the items from the pack slip quantity. |
