This page allows you to view the attribute details for the selected item and variant code. You can select the pack slip line number based on which the item attribute details are retrieved and displayed in the respective fields.
Select the “Item Attribute Details” link at the bottom of “Maintain Pack Slip” page.
The “View Item Attribute Details” page appears.
The system retrieves and displays the following pack slip details:

Pack Slip No. |
The number identifying the pack slip. |

Pack Slip Date |
The date on which the pack slip was created. |

Status |
The status of the pack slip. |
Enter the following field:

Pack Slip Line No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the line item in the pack slip. The system populates all the line numbers for the selected pack slip. |
The system retrieves and displays the following field details for the selected line number:

Ref. Doc. Type |
The type of reference document. It can be “Sale Order”, “Consignment Sales Order”, “COD-Sales Order", “Stock Transfer Order", "Customer Material Request", "Material Lost in Transit" or "Sales Return". |

Order No. |
The number identifying the sales or stock transfer order or consig. sales order or COD sales order or sales return. |
|
Ship To Customer / Receiving Point |
The point at which the goods specified in sales or stock transfer order or consig. sales order or COD sales order or sales return is received. |

Ship To Name |
The name of the customer to whom the goods are to be dispatched. |
|
Ship to Id. / Site Id. |
The address of the location at which the goods must be delivered. |

Item Type |
The type of item. It can be “Item”, “Model”, “Kit”, “Service” or “Capital”. |

Model / Kit Ref. No. |
The reference number identifying the code of the model and its variant or the code of the Kit. |
Enter the following:

Item Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the item. If the “Item type” for the line is “Model” and “Item Code” and “Variant Code” is “model code” and “variant code”, then the system retrieves all the item codes and populates it in the drop-down list box. |

Variant Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the item variant. The system retrieves all the variants for the selected item and populates it in the drop-down list box. |

Item Desc. |
The description of the item. |
The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Attribute Details” multiline:

Attribute Code |
The code identifying the attribute of the item. |

Attribute Desc. |
The description of the item attribute. |

Attribute Type |
The type of attribute. It can be either “Quantitative” or “Qualitative”. Quantitative indicates that the attribute is of numerical type and it can have a minimum and maximum value. Qualitative means that the attribute is of a descriptive type. |

Qualitative Value |
The value for qualitative attribute. |
|
Min. Quantitative Value |
The minimum value for quantitative attribute. |
|
Max. Quantitative Value |
The maximum value for quantitative attribute. |
|
Std. Quantitative Value |
The standard value for quantitative attribute. |
