This page allows you to specify the serial numbers that are to be shipped. For the selected pack slip number, the system retrieves all the line number pertaining to the selected pack slip. The system retrieves and displays all the allocation line number for a selected pack slip line number. The serial number details are retrieved for a selected pack slip and allocation line number. You can select the serial numbers that are to be shipped. All the other serial numbers are automatically shipped in the new pack slip that is generated.
Select the “Shipment Serial No. Details” link at the bottom of “Allocate Pack Slip” page.
The “Shipment Serial No. Details” page appears.
The system retrieves and displays the following pack slip details:

Pack Slip No. |
The number identifying the pack slip. |

Pack Slip Date |
The date on which the pack slip was created. |

Status |
The status of the pack slip. |
Enter the following detail in the “Pack slip Details” group box:

Pack Slip Line No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the line item in the pack slip. The system populates all the line numbers for the selected pack slip. |

Allocation Line No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the line allocated to the item at warehouse. The system populates all the allocation line numbers based on the pack slip line number selected. |
The system retrieves and displays the following details based on the pack slip and allocation line number selected in the “Pack Slip Details” group box:

Order Priority |
The priority code attached to the order for servicing. |

Item Type |
The type of item. It can be “Item”, “Model”, “Kit”, “Service” or “Capital”. |

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |
|
Item Variant |
The code identifying the item variant. |
|
Pack Slip Qty. |
The quantity of item specified in the pack slip. |

Pack Slip Issued Qty. |
The quantity of item that is issued from the pack slip quantity. |

Issue Qty. |
The quantity of item that is issued. |
|
Ware House Code |
The code identifying the warehouse from which the goods must be dispatched. |
|
Zone |
The number identifying the zone within the warehouse. |
|
Bin |
The number identifying the bin where the item is maintained. |
|
Lot No. |
The number identifying the lot number of the item. |
|
Pack UOM |
The Unit of Measurement of the item in the pack slip. |

Ship Qty. |
The quantity of item that is to be shipped. |
The system displays the following field in the “Serial No. Details” multiline:

Item Serial Nos. |
The number identifying the serial number of the item for which the issue is made from inventory. |
Enter the following field in the “Serial No. Details” multiline:

Ship |
Use the drop-down list box to specify if the serial numbers are to be shipped or not. You can select from “Yes” or “No”. |
Click the “Save Shipment Serial No. Details” pushbutton to save the serial number details.
