This page allows you to view the serial number details of the item. For the selected pack slip number, the system retrieves and populates all the line numbers pertaining to the pack slip. Based on the pack slip line number selected, the system retrieves and populates all the allocation line numbers. The serial number details can be viewed based on the selection of pack slip and allocation line number.
Select the “Item Serial No. Details” link at the bottom of “View Pack Slip” page.
The “Item Serial No. Details” page appears.
The system retrieves and displays the following pack slip details for the selected pack slip number:

Pack Slip No. |
The number identifying the pack slip. |

Pack Slip Date |
The date on which the pack slip was created. |
Enter the following details:

Pack Slip Line No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the line item in the pack slip. The system populates all the line numbers for the selected pack slip. |

Allocation Line No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the line allocated to the item at warehouse. The system populates all the allocation line numbers based on the pack slip line number selected. |
The system retrieves and displays the following details based on the pack slip and allocation line number selected:

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |

Item Variant |
The code identifying the item variant. |

Item Desc. |
The description of the item. |
|
Sale UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item in the sale order. |
|
Pack Slip Qty. |
The quantity of item for which pack slip is made. |
|
Pack Slip Allocated Qty. |
The quantity of item that can be allocated for dispatch from the pack slip quantity. This quantity should be less than pack slip quantity. |

Warehouse Code |
The code identifying the warehouse from which the goods must be dispatched. |
|
Zone |
The number identifying the zone within the warehouse. |
|
Bin |
The number identifying the bin where the item is maintained. |
|
Lot No. |
The number identifying the lot number of the item. |
|
Allocated Qty. |
The quantity of items that have been allocated. |
The system displays the following detail in the multiline:

The number identifying the serial number of the item for which the issue is made from inventory. |
