This page helps you to search and select the planning run details. You can specify the plant and range of dates in the search criteria and initiate the search operation. Upon furnishing the details in the search criteria, the system retrieves the corresponding planning run results in the multiline. The selected row containing the planning run details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Run Name” field.
The “Help On Planning Run” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Plant |
Use the drop-down list box to select the valid plants defined for the planning run. For the login user and Organization Unit combination, the system identifies the Business Unit and retrieves the Organization Units for that Business Unit along with a “Blank” value. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |

From Date |
The date from which the planning run details are to be retrieved. The system displays “Very Low Date” by default on launch of the page. |

To Date |
The date till which the planning run details are to be retrieved. The system displays “Current Date” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the planning run details.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Run Name |
The name of the planning run. The system displays the last run name generated for the login user and Business Unit. |

Run Date |
The date on which the specified run name has already been generated or is currently generated. |

Status |
The status of the run name. Use the drop-down list box to select the valid status. It can be “Completed”, “In-Progress” or “Pending”. The system displays blank by default on the launch of the page. |

Business Unit |
The business unit at which the planning is run. |
|
Plant |
The valid plant at which the planning is run. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the planning run details.
The system selects all the run names defined for the plant and between from and to date.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the run name to the main screen.
