This page allows you to search and select the activity and transfers the same to the main page. You can initiate the search on entering the activity, the description of the activity, resource attached to the activity details. You can also select the activity type, purpose, control unit, department, and business unit details in the search criteria. You can specify a single field or combination of fields in the search criteria. The system retrieves corresponding results that match the criteria in the multiline. Otherwise, the system retrieves blank records in the multiline. These details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Activity Code” field.
The “Help On Activity Code” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Activity Code |
The code identifying the standard or non-standard activity. The system retrieves all the activity details that match the activity code. |
Short Desc. |
The short description of the activity. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the activity. The system displays “Active” by default on launch of the page. The options available are: |

Resource No. |
The number identifying the resource attached to the activity. |
Activity Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined type of the activity. The system retrieves the types as defined in the types master from the “Organization Model” business component. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Maintained By |
Use the drop-down list box to select the “Maintained By” control units for which the login user has at least “View” access permission. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Purpose |
Use the drop-down list box to select the purpose as defined in the control unit. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. The options available are: |

Department |
Use the drop-down list box to select the control units defined for departments for which the login user has “View” access permission. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Business Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the valid business units defined for the activity. The system displays “Login Business Unit” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the activity details.
For the combinations specified in the search criteria, the system retrieves the activity details to the multiline using “%” operator if only a single field is specified.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Activity Type |
The user-defined type of the activity. |
Std. |
Indicates whether an activity is a standard activity or not. |
Maintained By |
The “Maintained By” control units for which the login user has access permission. |
Department |
The control units defined for departments for which the login user has access permission. |
Purpose |
The purpose as defined in the control unit. It can be “CRP” or “RCCP”. |
Business Unit |
The valid business units defined for the activity. |
Status |
The status of the activity. |
Full Desc. |
The full description of the activity. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the activity details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the activity details to the main page.
