This page allows you to search and select the activity time type and transfers the same to the main page. You can initiate the search on entering the activity time type and the description of the activity details. You can also select the control unit and business unit details in the search criteria. You can specify a single field or a combination of fields in the search criteria. The system retrieves corresponding results that match the criteria in the multiline. Otherwise, the system retrieves blank records in the multiline. These details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Run Time Type” field.
The “Help On Activity Time Type” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Activity Timetype |
The code identifying the activity time type. Activity time type refers to the description of a sub-activity like setup, cleaning or production. Activity Time type is the link between production and management accounting. Cost elements are linked to the activity time type, which in turn are mapped to the sub activities Run, Setup and Batch. The activity time type may be a Run Time type, Setup Time type and Batch Time type, or any combination of the above. The system retrieves all the activity time type details that match the activity time type. |

Maintained By |
Use the drop-down list box to select the “Maintained By” control units for which the login user has “View” access permissions. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |

Business Unit |
Use the drop down list box to select the valid business units defined for activity time types. The system displays “Login Business Unit” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the activity time type details.
For the combinations specified in the search criteria, the system retrieves the activity time type details to the multiline using “%” operator if only a single field is specified.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the activity time type details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the activity time type to the main page.
