This page allows you to maintain the QC master details. This page can be launched only if inspection required checkbox is selected. You can enter the work order number, PS number, PP number and retrieve its details. You can fetch the QC Id’s with the option ”All” or by “Latest”. You can transfer the selected row to the “Sampling Details” group box where in you can enter the sampling details. You can define whether an attribute is mandatory or not. In the “Sampling Details” group box you can define other details such as type of the sample, inspection basis, type of the inspection, number of samples, sample percentage, retention sample, quantity per sample, etc., You can attach the notes information by selecting the link at the bottom of the page.
Select the Maintain Activity QC Masters link.
The Maintain QC Masters page appears.
Enter the following details in the group box:
Work Order No. |
The unique number identifying the work order. On press of the "Enter" key the system retrieves the work order details. (Alphanumeric, 18). |

The reference number of the inspection plan. On press of the enter key the system retrieves the details and displays it in the multiline. Ensure that the entered reference inspection plan exists. (Alphanumeric, 32). |

Click the "Default QC ID" pushbutton to default the QC ID to the multiline.
Inspection Activity Details Tab
This tab allows you to modify the inspection activity details. You can fetch the QC Ids with the option All or by Latest. You can transfer the selected row to the Sampling Details group box.

Use the drop-down list box to select whether to fetch the QC ID's by "All" or by "Latest". The system defaults the value as "Latest" on launch of the page. |

The unique ID identifying the control point. This ID is generated automatically by the system using parameters. (Alphanumeric, 50). |

Referred Inspection Plan ID |
The unique ID of the reference inspection plan. |
Enter the following details in the "Inspection Activity Details" multiline:
Inspection Plan ID |
The unique id identifying the inspection plan. (Alphanumeric, 50). |
The system displays the following details in the "Inspection Activity Details" multiline:
Effective From |
The date from which the inspection activity is effective. |
Effective To |
The date till which the inspection activity is effective. |
Click the "Create QC ID" pushbutton to create the QC ID details for the entered details.
Click the "Clear Default" pushbutton to clear the inspection activity details.
Click the "Transfer" pushbutton to transfer the selected row from the "Inspection Activity Details" multiline to "Sampling Details" group box.
Attribute Details Tab
This tab allows you to modify the attribute details. You can select the particular attribute and mark whether it is mandatory or not. Return type of the attribute details can also be chosen.
The system displays the following details in the "Attribute Details" multiline:

Use the drop-down list box to select the return type. The values "Maximum", "Mean", "Median" and "Min" get populated. |
Analysis Method |
The analysis method of the attribute. (Alphanumeric, 20). |
