This page helps you to search and select the ATP quantity for transferring the details to the field where it is required. The system retrieves and displays the details of the item that is required by the customer.
You can search by selecting the point from where the items are to be shipped or by selecting the warehouse to check for the item availability in that warehouse. You can also specify the quantity that is required by the customer or by specifying the date on which the item will be available for selection in the selected warehouse. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected quantity is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “ATP Quantity” Field.
The “Help On ATP” page appears.
The system displays the following field details in the “Item Details” group box:

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |

Variant Code |
The code identifying the variant of the item. |
|
Item Variant Desc. |
The description of the item variant. |
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the “Availability To Promise” quantity:

Shipping Point |
Use the drop-down list box to select the point identifying the location from where the goods are shipped to the delivery area as specified by the customer. For a particular organization unit, the system populates all the shipping point based on the mapping of “Component Interaction Module” business component. It displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |

Warehouse Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the warehouse at which the required item will be available for selection. Based on the shipping point selected, the system populates the corresponding warehouses in the drop-down list box. |

Required Qty. |
The quantity of item that is required by the customer (Integer). |

Reservation Date |
The date on which the item required by the customer will be available in the warehouse (Date Format). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results:
For the selected shipping point and warehouse, for a given item code, the system retrieves the available quantity and earliest available date from the “ATP” business component.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Shipping Point |
The point identifying the location from where the goods are shipped to the delivery area as specified by the customer. |

Warehouse Code |
The code identifying the warehouse at which the required item will be available for selection. |

Available Qty. |
The quantity of required item that is available in the warehouse. |

Earliest Available Date |
The earliest date on which the items required by the customer will be available in the warehouse for issue. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the ATP quantity.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
