This page helps you to search and select a quotation number for transferring the details to the field where it is required.
You can search by specifying a range for the quotation number or by specifying the description of the item variant. You can also specify a range for the date on which the quotation was created or by specifying the code of the customer who has raised the quotation. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected quotation number is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Quotation No” Field.
The “Help On Quotation” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the quotation number:

Quotation No. From |
The starting number in the range of quotation numbers for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). You can also enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the quotation numbers that are greater than or equal to the value entered here. If this field is left blank and the “To” field is entered, then the system retrieves the quotations starting from the first quotation number till the quotation number specified in the “To” field. |

Quotation No. To |
The ending number in the range of quotation numbers for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). The system lists all the quotation numbers that are lesser than the value entered here. The number entered here must be greater than the number entered in the “Quotation No. From” field. |

Item Variant Desc. |
The description of the item variant (Alphanumeric, 150). |

Quotation Date From |
The starting date in the range of dates from which the quotation details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be less than or equal to the system date. |

Quotation Date To |
The ending date in the range of dates from which the quotation details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be greater or equal than the value entered in the “Quotation Date From” field. |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 18) |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results:
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

The number identifying the quotation. |

Quotation Date |
The date on which the quotation was created. |

Status |
The status of the quotation. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the quotation number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
