This page allows you to view the details of the promotional items specified for the selected quotation. The types of promotions that are applicable for ordered items are price deal, discount Deal and free goods. You can view the customer and item details that are retrieved and populated from the main page. You can also view the promotional item details and also remarks if specified.
Select the "View Promotional Items” link at the bottom of the "View Quotation Details" page.
The "View Promotional Item Details" page appears.
The system displays the following details:

The number identifying the quotation. |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer. |

Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |

Currency |
The currency applicable to the quotation. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Promotional Item Details” multiline:

Promotional Level |
The level at which the promotional items are to be specified. It can be either “Item Based” or “Document Based”. |

Promotion Id. |
The ID identifying the item code and the associated promotional item. |

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |

Variant Code |
The code identifying the variant of the item. |

Item Variant Desc. |
The description of the item variant. |

Promotion Item Code |
The code identifying the promotional item. |
|
Promotion Variant Code |
The code identifying the variant of the promotional item. |

Promotion Item Variant Desc. |
The description of the promotional item variant. |

Qty. |
The quantity of the promotional item available. |
|
UOM |
The unit of measurement for the promotion item. |

Rate |
The rate of the promotion item. |

Remarks |
