This page allows you to view the range of quantity and its corresponding rate. The price details are defined in the “Pricing” business component. This page allows you to view the price list and item details. This page also allows you to enter the quotation line number for which the details are to be viewed.
Select the "View Quantity Price Break" link at the bottom of the "View Quotation Details" page.
The "View Quantity Price Break" page appears.
The system displays the following details:

Price List No. |
The code identifying the price list number. |

Price List Desc. |
The description of the price list. |
|
Quotation No. |
The number identifying the quotation. |
Enter the following field:

Quotation Line No. |
The number identifying the line item in the quotation (Integer). |

Press <Enter> key. |

The system ensures that this field is not left blank and also checks whether the line number is valid for the given quotation. For the selected quotation and amendment number, for the given line number, the system retrieves the price break details. |
Based on the line number entered, the system populates the following details:

UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item. |

Quoted Price |
The price quoted to the customer for the items by the vendor. |

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |
|
Item Variant |
The code identifying the variant of the item. |
|
Item Variant Desc. |
The description of the item variant. |
The following details are displayed in the “Quantity Break” multiline:

Min. Qty. |
The minimum quantity of the item for which the price is applicable. |
|
Max. Qty. |
The maximum quantity of the item for which the price is applicable. |
|
Rate |
The rate applicable for the quantity of items defined within the range. |
