This page allows you to view the query for the document as a whole. Based on the quotation number selected, the customer and the query details are retrieved and displayed. You can also view the response and the status of the query in the multiline.
Select the "View Document Level Queries" link at the bottom of "Select Query" page.
The "View Document Level Queries" page appears.
The system displays the following details based on the quotation number selected:

The number identifying the quotation. |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer. |
|
Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |

Zoom facility available. |
The following field details are displayed in the “Doc. Level Queries” multiline:

Queries |
The query specified by the customer. |

Query type |
The type of the query from the customer. It can be “Commercial”, “Technical” or “General”. |

Response |
The response to the queries enquired by the customer. |

Query No. |
The number identifying the query. |
|
Status |
The status of the query. It can be either “Pending” or “Closed”. |
