View RFQ - View Attribute

View Attributes

This page allows you to view the attribute details of the selected RFQ number. You can specify the line number in the RFQ for which the attribute details are to be viewed. Based on the line number selected, the system retrieves and displays the item and attribute details in this page.

Select the “View Attribute” link at the bottomof the "View Request For Quotation” page.

The “View Attributes” page appears.

The system displays the following details:

Status	The status of the RFQ. It can be “Quoted”, “Deleted”, “Draft” or “Fresh”.
RFQ No.	The number identifying the RFQ.
Date	The date on which the customer makes the request for quotation.

The system displays the following details in the “Customer Details” group box:

Customer Code	The code identifying the customer.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.
	Zoom facility available.

Enter the following details in the “Line Item Details” group box:

RFQ Line No.

The number identifying the line item in the RFQ.

The system displays the following detail:

Item Code	The code identifying the item.
Variant Code	The code identifying the variant of the item.
Item Variant Desc.	The description of the item variant.
	Zoom facility available.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the item.

The system displays the following details in the “Attribute Details” multiline:

Attribute Code	The code identifying the attribute of the item.
Attribute Desc.	The description of the item attribute.
Attribute Type	The type of the attribute. It can be either “Quantitative” or “Qualitative”. Quantitative indicates that the attribute is of numerical type and it can have a minimum and maximum value. Qualitative means that the attribute is of a descriptive type.
Qualitative Value	The value for a qualitative attribute.
Min. Quantitative Value	The minimum value for a quantitative attribute.
Max. Quantitative Value	The maximum value for a quantitative attribute.
Std. Quantitative Value	The standard value for a quantitative attribute.
