Use the drop down list box to select the finance book for which report is to be viewed. The combo would be loaded with all the finance books mapped to the organization unit.

The starting range of number identifying the assets.

The ending range of number identifying the assets.

Party Type

Use the drop down list box to select the type of party. The combo would be loaded with “Other Parties".

Party Code From

The starting range of code identifying the other parties.

Party Code To

The ending range of code identifying the other parties.

Loan Agreement No. From

The ending range of number identifying the loan agreement number for which report is to be viewed.

Report Option

Use the drop down list box to select the report option. The combo would be loaded with “Asset Mapping Details”, “Loan Details” and “Repayment Details".

Start Date

The start date of the loan repayment schedule.

End Date

The end date of the loan repayment schedule

Repayment Option
