This screen presents you with search criteria to search and select the time fence information and transfers the same to the main page. You can initiate the search on specifying the code identifying the time fence along with the description and status of the time fence in the search criteria. On initiating the search, the system retrieves the corresponding results in the multiline. In the multiline, you can also view the demand, planning and accepted time fence details. The selected details are transferred to the main page.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Time Fence Code” field.
The “Help On Time Fence” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Time Fence Code |
The code identifying the time fence defined for the item. |

Desc. |
The description of the time fence. |

Zoom facility available. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the time fence. You can select from ”Active”, “Draft" or “Inactive”. The system displays "Active" by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the time fence details.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline

Time Fence Code |
The code identifying the time fence defined for the item. |

Desc. |
The description of the time fence. |

Demand Time Fence (Days) |
The demand time fence for the item. During planning process, only actual demands are considered within the specified time fence (current date + time fence). Forecast demands, if any, will not be considered. |

Planning Time Fence (Days) |
The planning time fence for the item. During planning process, new receipts are not suggested within the specified time fence (current date + time fence). |

Accepted Time Fence (Days) |
The accepted time fence for the item. During planning process, if any receipts are pending in "Suggested" status within the specified time fence (current date + time fence), then the system can change status to "Accepted". |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the time fence details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer time fence code details to the main screen.
