This page allows you to search and select the bill of distribution information and transfers the same to the main page using the search criteria. You can initiate the search on specifying the code identifying the bill of distribution along with the description, status and control units of the bill of distribution in the search criteria. On initiating the search, the system retrieves the corresponding results in the multiline. In the multiline, you can also view the warehouse attached to the bill of distribution. The selected details are transferred to the main page.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Bill Of Distribution” field.
The “Help On Bill Of Distribution” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

The code identifying the bill of distribution. |

Desc. |
The description of the bill of distribution. |

Zoom facility available. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the bill of distribution. You can select from “Active”, “Draft”, “Inactive“ or “Blank”. The system displays “Active” by default on launch of the page. |

Maintained By |
Use the drop-down list box to select the “Maintained By” control units for which the login user has “View” access permission. The system retrieves the values in ascending order along with a blank and displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the bill of distribution details.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline:

Bill Of Distribution |
The code identifying the bill of distribution. |

Desc. |
The description of the bill of distribution. |

Status |
The status of the bill of distribution. It can be “Active”, “Inactive“ or “Draft”. |

Maintained By |
The “Maintained By” control units for which the login user has access permission. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the bill of distribution details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer bill of distribution details to the main screen.
