This page allows you to search and select the MPS sourcing rule information and transfers the same to the main page using the search criteria. You can initiate the search by specifying the code identifying the MPS sourcing rule along with the description, status and maintained by of the sourcing rule in the header. On initiating the search, the system retrieves the corresponding results in the multiline and the selected details are transferred to the main page.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “MPS Sourcing Rule” field.
The “Help On MPS Sourcing Rule” page appears.

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the MPS sourcing rule. You can select from “Active”, “Draft”, “Inactive“ or “Blank”. The system displays “Active” by default on launch of the page. |
Maintained By |
Use the drop-down list box to select the “Maintained By” control units responsible for defining and managing the MPS sourcing rules for which the user has at least ‘view’ permission. The system retrieves the values in ascending order along with a blank and displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the MPS sourcing rule details.
The system displays the following details in the “Sourcing Details” multiline:

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the MPS sourcing rule details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer MPS sourcing rule details to the main screen.
