This page helps you to retrieve the input item details for the work order. The work order specified in the main page is displayed in this page. You can specify the item, type of the item, the warehouse to which the item belongs, the position sequence of the product structure and the process plan. Based on the combination of work order number and the other search criteria specified, the input item codes are retrieved in the multiline on initiating the search operation. The item can be selected in the multiline and can be transferred to the main page.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Input Item Code” field.
The “Help On Input Items” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

The code identifying the input item of the selected work order that has to be reported. |

The description of the item. |

Zoom facility available. |

Item Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the input items of the work order. |

Warehouse Code |
The code or number identifying the warehouse where the input item is valid. |

PS Seq. |
The number identifying sequence of the item in the work order product structure. |
|
PP Seq. |
The number identifying sequence of the activity in the work order process plan. |
The system displays the following:

The number identifying the work order of the input item. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the input item details.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

The code identifying the input item of the work order. |

Variant Code |
The code or number identifying the variant of the item. |

Item Desc. |
The description of the item. |

PS Seq. |
The number identifying sequence of the item in the work order product structure. |

PP Seq. |
The number identifying sequence of the activity in the work order process plan. |
|
Warehouse Code |
The code or number identifying the warehouse of the input item. |

Item Type |
The type of the input item. |

UOM |
The production unit of measure of the input item. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the input items.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the item code to the main screen.
