This page helps you to view the lot numbers defined for the work order. The lot numbers are displayed in the multiline along with the item and variant details. The corresponding lot number can be selected in the multiline and can be transferred to the main screen.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Lot No.” field.
The “Help On Lot No.” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Work Order No. |
The number identifying the work order for which the lot numbers are to be displayed. |
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Lot No. |
The number identifying the lot defined for the item of the work order. |
|
Item Code |
The code identifying the item of the work order. |
|
Variant Code |
The code or number identifying the variant of the item. |
|
Item Desc. |
The description of the item. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the lot number details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the lot number to the main screen.
