Help on Source /Destination Values

This Help page allows you to search and select the Source/ Destination values and transfer the details to the required field.
You can search the source/destination values by specifying details, which includes delivery area code, delivery area description, status, level, shipping point, organization unit description. The system retrieves the search results in the multiline. Select the delivery area/shipping point from the multiline and click the “ok” pushbutton to transfer it to the required page.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Source Value” or “Destination Value” Field.
The “Help on Source / Destination Values” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the Route Id

Delivery Area Code |
The code identifying the area where the goods are delivered (Alphanumeric, 18) |

Delivery Area Description |
The textual description of the delivery area. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the carrier. The options available are “Active”, “Inactive”, “Cancelled” and “ALL”. |

Level |
The level of the carrier (Integer). |
|
Shipping Point |
Use the drop-down list box to select the location from where the items are shipped Mandatory. The shipping point consists of OUs. The values in the drop-down list box are populated from the “Component Interaction Model” business component. The drop-down list box is populated with the smallest value of the shipping point in alphanumeric order. |

Organization Unit Desc |
The textual description of the organization unit. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Delivery Area/ Shipping Point |
The area where the goods are delivered / The location from where the items are shipped. |

Description |
The textual description of the delivery area/ shipping point. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a Delivery Area/Shipping Point.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
