This Help page allows you to search and select the carrier code and transfer the details to the required field.
You can search the carrier code by specifying details, which includes carrier code, carrier name, zip code, city, state, address id and carrier registered at. The system retrieves the search result in the multiline. The carrier codes that are in “Active” status are alone retrieved. Select the carrier code from the multiline and click the “ok” pushbutton to transfer it to the required page.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Carrier Code” Field.
The “Help on Carrier” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the carrier code.

Carrier Code |
The code identifying the carrier (Alphanumeric, 20). It must not have space or special characters. |

Carrier Name |
The name of the carrier (Alphanumeric, 150). |
|
Zip Code |
The code for the above-mentioned area (Alphanumeric, 20). |
|
City |
The name of the city (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
State |
The name of the state (Alphanumeric, 40). |

Address Id |
The code identifying the address of the carrier (Alphanumeric, 12). It must not contain any space or special characters. |

Carrier Registered At |
The organization unit at which the carrier is registered (Alphanumeric, 16). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Carrier Code |
The code assigned to the carrier. |
|
Carrier Name |
The name of the carrier. |
|
Address Id |
The code identifying the address of the carrier. |
|
Address Line 1 |
The first line of the address of the carrier. |
|
Address Line 2 |
The second line of the address of the carrier. |

Address Line 3 |
The third line of the address of the carrier. |
|
City |
The name of the city. |
|
State |
The name of the state. |
|
Country |
The name of the country. |
|
Zip Code |
The code identifying the above-mentioned area. |
|
Phone |
The phone number of the carrier. |
|
|
The e-mail id of the carrier. |
|
URL |
The uniform resource locator for the e-mail id mentioned above. |
|
Carrier Language |
The language used for communicating with the carrier. |
|
Carrier Currency |
The currency used by the carrier. |
|
Contact Person |
The name of the person who has to be contacted regarding the carrier. |
|
Carrier Registered At |
The organization unit at which the carrier is registered. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a carrier code.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
