This page allows you to view the carrier information details, address details, reason details and the delivery area details pertaining to the carrier code that is displayed by default on launch of the page. This page also permits you to view the carrier additional address details and the carrier transportation details.
Select the “View Carrier” link at the bottom of the “Select Carrier” page.
The “View Carrier” page appears.
The system displays the following detail:

Status |
The status of the carrier. |
The system displays the following details in the “Carrier Information” group box:

Supplier Code |
The code identifying the supplier, if the supplier is being defined as a carrier also. |

Carrier Code |
The code identifying the carrier. |
|
Carrier Registered At |
The organization unit at which the carrier is registered. |
|
Carrier Name |
The name of the carrier. |
|
Carrier Language |
The language for communication with the carrier. |
|
Carrier Currency |
The code identifying the currency used by the carrier. |
|
Carrier Ownership |
The ownership of the carrier. |
|
Refrigerated Carrier |
Indicates whether the carrier is refrigerated or not. |
The system displays the following details in the “Address Details” group box:

Address Id |
The code identifying the address of the carrier. |

Contact Person |
The name of the person who has to be contacted regarding the carrier. |

Address Line1 |
The first line of the address of the carrier. |

Address Line2 |
The second line of the address of the carrier, if any. |

Address Line3 |
The third line of the address of the carrier, if any. |

City |
The name of the city. |
|
State ID |
The identification code of the state. |

State |
The name of the state. |

Zip Code |
The code identifying the area. |

ISO Country Code |
The ISO country code. |

Country |
The name of the county. |

Phone |
The phone number of the carrier. |

Fax |
The fax number of the carrier. |

The e-mail id of the carrier, if any. |

URL |
The uniform resource locator pertaining to the e-mail id. |

Effective From |
The date on which the carrier is recognized by the system for transactions. |

Effective To |
The end date till which the carrier is valid for transaction. |
The system retrieves the following details in the “Reason Details” group box:

Reason Code |
The code identifying the reason for activating or deactivating the carrier. |

The description of the reason code. |
The system retrieves the following details from the “Delivery Area” business component and populates the “Delivery Area Supported” multiline:

Delivery Area Code |
The code identifying the area from where the goods are delivered. |

Delivery Area Description |
The description of the delivery area code. |
Check the “Select” column of the multiline.
To proceed carryout the following:
Select the “View Carrier Additional Addresses” link at the bottom of the page to view the carrier additional address details.
Select the “View Carrier Transportation Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the carrier transportation details.
Select the “View Capacity Master” link at the bottom of the page to view the carrier capacity master.
Select the " View Carrier Stock Master Details" link to view the MAWB/ MBL for the carrier/airline.
The system displays the following fields:

The login user id of the person who has created the “Carrier” business component. |

The date on which the “Carrier” business component is created. |

Last Modified By |
The login user id of the person who has last modified the “Carrier” business component. |
