This page allows you to accept the customer orders in ‘Released’ Status. The PO details and the company details is fetched from the “Customer Portal” component for the corresponding PO. You can accept the purchase order after entering the, sale order number, pay term and selection of freight term. The PO status changes to “Processed” once it is accepted.
Select the hyper linked PO No. from the multiline of the “Select Purchase Order” screen.
The “Manage Customer Orders” page appears.
The system displays the following details.

The unique code identifying the company. |

The company name of the corresponding company code. |

Enter the following details in the “PO Details” group box:

The pay term corresponding to the payment remarks. PO. Mandatory (Alphanumeric, 15). |

Freight Term |
Use the drop-down list to select the freight term. The values defined in “Category” component get populated. |

Sale Order No. |
The unique number identifying the sale order (Alphanumeric, 18) Mandatory. The order number is provided with a suffix and prefix. If the field is not entered manually, then the system generates the order number automatically on successful submission of all the mandatory fields in the page. The system ensures that the order number should not contain spaces and special characters excepting Hyphen ('-'). If numbering series is “Manual”, then the system checks for the existence of the order number. |
Note: The sale order number will be in “Draft” status.

Numbering Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the prefix and suffix for the Sale Order number that is created. Mandatory. The values are populated from the “Numbering Class” business component. |

Order Date |
The date on which the order was placed. |

Dealer Code |
The code identifying the dealer. |

Dealer Name |
The name of the dealer. |
The system displays the following details in the “Billing Information” multiline.

Bill To Id. |
The Id to which the bill is shipped. |

Order Basic Value |
The order basic value is calculated as a sum (total item price) excluding TCD. |

Order Total Value |
The order total value is calculated based on the order basic value and TCD. |

Total Tax |
Sum of all the taxes charged for all the items in the purchase order. |
|
Total Charge |
Sum of charges for all the order line items. |
|
Total Discount |
Sum of all discounts offered for all the items in the purchase order. |
The system displays the following details in the “Line Details” multiline.

The total item value. Ie., Qty * Price. |

The date of which the item is needed. |

Ship To Id. |
The Id to where the shipment must be made. |
Click the “Accept Purchase Order” pushbutton to accept the PO.
Note: PO’s that are in “Released” status can only be accepted.
The system saves the sale order number with all its associated details in “Fresh” status when “Generate SO in” is set as “Fresh” in Set Function Parameter activity or in “Authorize” status when the “Generate SO in” is set as “Authorize” in Set Function Parameter activity.
Click the “Print” pushbutton to print the sale order details.

To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the “Maintain Sale Order” link at the bottom of the page to maintain the sale order details.
Select the “View Sale Order” link to view the sale order details.
Select the “Amend Sale Order” link to amend the sale order details.
Select the “Attach Notes” link at the bottom of the page to specify notes.
