The “Manage Customer Queries” page appears.

Query No. From

The starting number in the range of numbers identifying the query. (Alphanumeric, 18).     You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. 

Query No. To

The ending number in the range of numbers identifying the query.  (Alphanumeric, 18).    You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

Status

Use the drop-down list to select the status of the query.  The values “Pending”, “Responded” and blank get populated.  The system displays blank as default on launch of this page.

Query Date From

The starting date in the range of dates identifying the query.  (Date Format).  Ensure that the entered date is lesser than or equal to “Query Date To”.

Query Date To

The ending date in the range of dates identifying the query.  (Date Format).  Ensure that the entered date is lesser than the system date.

Org. Unit

Use the drop-down list to select the organizational unit.  The values present in CIM (Component Interaction Model) mapping get populated.  The system displays the login OU as default on launch of this page.

Customer Code From

The starting code in the range of codes identifying the customer. (Alphanumeric, 18).   You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

Customer Code To

The ending code in the range of codes identifying the customer.  (Alphanumeric, 18).  You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

Customer Name

The name of the customer. (Alphanumeric, 40).

The system retrieves query details for the entered search criteria.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline:

Org. Unit

The OU of the query. 

Customer Code

The unique code identifying the customer.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

Query No.

The unique code identifying the query.

Query Date

The date on which the query was created.

Status

The status of the query.  It can be any one of the following.

  • Pending

  • Responded

Query Desc.

The descriptive information about the query.

Response

The response about the query.

Note: - Response is mandatory if the row is selected.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline:

Created By

The login id of the user who had created the query.

Created Date

The date on which the query was created.

Modified By

The login id of the user who had given the response.

Modified Date

The date on which the response was given.

The system identifies the selected row(s) and in those rows it updates the status to “Responded”.
