Help On Sales Person

This Help page helps you to search and select the Sales Person Code and transfer the details to the required field.
You can search the Sales Person Code by specifying details, which includes "Person Code", "Sales Channel", "Status", "Sales Person Type", "Effective Date From" and "Effective Date To". The system retrieves the search results in the multiline. You can select the Sales Person Code from the multiline and click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer it to the required page.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Sales Person Code” field.
The “Help On Sales Person” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the Sales Person Code

Sales Person Code |
The code assigned to the sales person (Alphanumeric, 6). |

Sales Channel |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of sales channel. The values in the drop-down list box are populated from the “Category” business component. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the sales person. The values in the drop-down list box are “All”, “Active” and “Inactive”. |

Sales Person Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the sales person. The values in the drop-down list box are populated from the “Category” business component. |

Effective Date From |
The date from which the sales person is active in the OU (Date Format). |

Effective Date To |
The date till which the sales person is active in the OU (Date Format). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Sales Person Code |
The code assigned to the sales person. |
|
First Name |
The first name of the sales person. |
|
Middle Name |
The middle name of the sales person. |
|
Last Name |
The last name of the sales person. |
|
Effective Date From |
The date from which the sales person is active in the OU. |
|
Effective Date To |
The date till which the sales person is active in the OU. |
|
Status |
The status of the sales person. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the Sales Person Code.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
