View Sales Person – Main information

This page allows you to view the details pertaining to the salesperson, which includes sales person code, sales person type, employee code, first name, middle name, last name, effective date from, effective date to, target code, target description, territory code, territory description, reason code and reason description. You can also view the personal details of the salesperson.

Select the “View Sales Person Details” at the bottom of the “Select Sales Person” page.

The “View Sales Person – Main information” page appears.

The system displays the following detail:

Status

The status of the salesperson.

The system displays the following details in the “Sales Person Details” group box:

Sales Person Code	The code identifying the salesperson.
Employee Code	The employee code of the salesperson.
Sales Person Registered At	The OU at which the sales person is registered.
First Name	The first name of the salesperson.
Middle Name	The middle name of the salesperson.
Last Name	The last name of the salesperson.
Effective Date From	The date from which the salesperson is active.
Effective Date To	The date till which the salesperson is active.
Sales Person Type	The type of salesperson.
Preferred Sales Channel	The flow in which the goods move from the salesperson to the customer.
Target Code	The code identifying the target set for the salesperson.
Target Desc.	The description of the target code.
Territory Code	The code identifying the territory from where the salesperson operate.
Territory Desc	The description of the territory code.
Reason Code	The code identifying the reason for activating or deactivating the salesperson.
Reason Desc.	The description of the reason code.

The system displays the following "Personal Information" group box:

Address Line 1	The first line of the address of the salesperson
Address Line 2	The second line of the address of the salesperson
Address Line 3	The third line of the address of the salesperson
City	The name of the city.
State	The name of the state.
Country	The name of the country.
Zip	The zip code identifying the address area.
Phone 1	The phone number of the salesperson.
Phone 2	The alternate phone number of the salesperson, if any.
Fax	The fax number of the salesperson.
E-Mail	The e-mail id of the salesperson.
URL	The uniform resource locator for the e-mail id.

The system displays the following details:

Created By	The login user ID of the person who has created the “Sales Person” component.
Created Date	The date on which the “Sales Person” component is created.
Last Modified By	The login user ID of the person who has last modified the “Sales Person” component.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the last modification is done.
