Using online help

This page allows you to view credit allocation details, which includes sales person code, first name, middle name, last name and percentage allocated.

The “View Credit Allocation / Sales Target” page appears.

Mode

Use the drop-down list box to select the mode for viewing the allocated credit or sales target for the sales person. The combo is loaded with “Credit Allocation” and “Sales Target”. The system displays “Credit Allocation” as the default value on launch of the page.

Year

Use the drop-down list box to select the year for viewing the sales target. The combo is loaded with all years as defined in the OU.

Period

Use the drop-down list box to select the period corresponding to the chosen year for viewing the period wise sales target. The combo is loaded with “Qtr-I”, “Qtr-II”, “Qtr-III” and “Qtr-IV” as options.

The system displays the following in the header:

Total

The total target value of the sales team.

Note: The fields “Year”, “Period” and “Total” are displayed when Mode is selected as “Sales Target”.

The system displays the following details in the ”Sales Team Details” group box:

Sales Team Code

The code identifying the sales team.

Sales Team Desc.

The description of the sales team code.

Status

The status of the sales team.

Preferred Sales Channel

The flow in which the goods move from the salesperson to the customer.

Sales Team Type

The type of the sales team.

The system displays the following details in the "Credit Allocation / Sales Target Details" multiline:

Sales Person Code

The code assigned to the salesperson

First Name

The first name of the salesperson.

Middle Name

The middle name of the salesperson.

Last Name

The last name of the salesperson.

Percentage Allocated

The credit percentage allocated to the salesperson.

Sales Target

The target value assigned to the sales person.

Note: The field “Sales Target” is displayed when Mode is selected as “Sales Target”.
