This page allows you to view the attribute details of the selected order number. The system loads all the order line number for the selected order. Based on the combination of the order line number and amendment number, the system retrieves and displays the attribute details of the item specified order number in this page.

The “View Order Item Attribute Details” page appears.

The system retrieves and displays the details of the selected order number:

Status

The status of the stock transfer order. It can be “Fresh”, “Deleted”, “Authorized”, “Held”, “Cancelled”, “Closed”, “Draft”, “Amended” or “Returned”.

Order No.

The number identifying the stock transfer order.

Order Date

The date on which the stock transfer order was created.

Shipping Point

The point identifying the location from where the items specified in the stock transfer order are shipped.

Shipping Warehouse Code

The code identifying the warehouse at the shipping location from where the items must be shipped.

Order Line No.

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number identifying the stock transfer order Mandatory. The system populates all the line number associated with the default order number. The system displays the “Smallest Order Line Number” by default on launch of the page.

The system displays the following detail:

Amendment No.

The number identifying the amendment made for a stock transfer order.

The system displays the following details for the selected order line number and amendment number in the “Item Details” group box:

Item Code

The code identifying the item.

Variant Code

The code identifying the item variant.

Item Variant Desc.

The description of the Item variant.

 

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following details in the “Attribute Details” multiline:

Attribute Code

The code that identifies the Item attribute.

Attribute Desc.

The description of the item attribute.

Attribute Type

The two types of Attribute are Quantitative or Qualitative. Quantitative indicates that the attribute is of numerical type and it can have a minimum and maximum value. Qualitative means that the attribute is of a descriptive type.  

UOM

The unit of measurement of the item.

Min. Quantitative Value

The minimum value for a quantitative attribute.

Max. Quantitative Value

The maximum value for a quantitative attribute.

Qualitative Value

The value for a qualitative attribute.
