Help On Stock Transfer Receipt

This Help page allows you to search and select the Receipt No. and transfer the details to the required field.

You can search the Receipt Number by specifying the receipt number from, receipt number to, receiving point, receipt date from, receipt date to, shipping point, STN number from, STN number to and Receiving WH code in the search criteria. The system retrieves the search results in the multiline. Select the Receipt Number from the multiline and click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer it to the required page.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Ref. Doc. No.” field.

The “Help On Stock Transfer Receipt” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the Receipt Number.

Receipt No. From	The starting range of receipt numbers (Alphanumeric, 18). This number should be less than or equal to the value cited in “Receipt No To”.
Receipt No. To	The ending range of receipt numbers (Alphanumeric, 18).
Receiving Point	The code identifying the location, where the item specific Stock Transfer Order is received (Alphanumeric, 16).
Receipt Date From	The starting range of date on which the Stock Transfer Receipt was raised (Date Format).
Receipt Date To	The ending range of date on which the Stock Transfer Receipt was raised (Date Format).
Shipping Point	The code identifying the location, where the item specific stock transfer orders are shipped (Alphanumeric, 16).
STN No. From	The starting range of the Stock Transfer Note number. This number should be less than or equal to the value cited in “STN No To” (Alphanumeric, 18).
STN No. To	The ending range of the Stock Transfer Note number (Alphanumeric, 18).
Receiving Warehouse Code	The code that identifies the warehouse, where the final goods are received. (Alphanumeric, 10)

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Receipt No.	The code identifying the Stock Transfer Receipt.
Receipt Date	The date on which the Stock Transfer Receipt was created.
Receiving Point	The code that identifies the point, where the item specific Stock Transfer Order is received.
Shipping Point	The code that identifies the location, where the item specific Stock Transfer Order was shipped.
STN Point	The code that identifies the location, where the Stock Transfer Note was raised.
STN No.	The number that identifies the Stock Transfer Note.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the Receipt No.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
