This page allows you to view the serial number details for the serial controlled items. You can specify Receipt Line No., Lot No, Receiving WH Code, Stock Status, Zone and Bin details from the drop-down list box to view the Serial No. Details.
Select the “View Serial Number” link at the bottom of the page “View Stock Transfer Receipt Movement Details”.
The "View Serial Number" page appears.
The system displays the following details on entering this page.

Status |
The status of the Stock Transfer Receipt. |

Receipt No. |
The code identifying the Stock Transfer Receipt. |
|
Receiving Point |
The code identifying the location where the items are received. |
|
Receipt Date |
The date on which the Stock Transfer Receipt was raised. |
Enter the following details:

Receipt Line No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the line number of the Stock Transfer Receipt. The "Receipt Line No." combo is populated with all "Receipt Line No." where "Serial No. Controlled" is "yes". |

Lot No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the lot number of an item shipped, if the item is lot controlled. If the item is lot controlled for the above receipt line number, the lot number combo is populated with all “Lot No.” associated with the above receipt line number. |

Line Status |
The line status of the Stock Transfer Receipt. |
The system displays the following details in the “Storage Details” multiline:

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |

Variant Code |
The variant of an item, if any. |

UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item. |

Item Variant Desc. |
The description of the item variant. |
Enter the following details:

Receiving Warehouse Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the number that identifies the warehouse where the goods are received. |

Zone |
Use the drop-down list box to select the zones of the warehouse where the receipt is moved. |
|
Bin |
Use the drop-down list box to select the bins of the warehouse where the receipt is moved. |
|
Stock Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the stock that is moved to warehouses, zones and bins in the receiving Point. |
The system displays the following detail:

Qty. |
The quantity of item in zones and bin for a lot/Receipt Line. |
The system displays the following Serial No. Details in the multiline:

Ref. Serial No. |
The reference serial number at the shipping point. |

Serial No. |
The serial number of an item. |
