This page allows you to view the details pertaining to the Receipt Item attribute. The attributes pertaining to the items are of two types namely “Qualitative” and “Quantitative”. Quantitative attribute is numerical type. Qualitative attribute is descriptive type. Once you specify the receipt line number all the details gets populated in the respective fields.

This page also permits you to view the tax and charges by item details. You can view the notes pertaining to the Stock Transfer Receipt in this page.

The "View Receipt Item Attribute" page appears.

The system displays the following details:

Status

The status of the Stock Transfer Receipt.

Receipt No.

The code identifying the Stock Transfer Receipt.

Receiving Point

The code identifying the location where the items are received.

Receipt Date

The date on which Stock Transfer Receipt was raised.

Receipt Line No.

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number of the Stock Transfer Receipt.

The system displays the following details:

Item Code

The code identifying the item.

Variant Code

The variant of the item, if any.

Item Variant Desc.

The description of the item variant.

Line Status

The line status of the Stock Transfer Receipt.

The system displays the following details in the “Attribute Details” multiline. These details are retrieved from the “Stock Transfer Order” business component.

Attribute Code

The code identifying the attribute of the item, if any.

Attribute Desc.

The description of the attribute.

Attribute Type

The type of the attribute. The options available are quantitative and qualitative.

UOM

The unit of measurement of an item

Min. Quantitative Value

The minimum value of an attribute, if the attribute is quantitative type

Max. Quantitative Value

The minimum value of an attribute, if the attribute is quantitative type

Qualitative Value

The discrete value of an attribute, if the attribute is qualitative type
