Using online help

This screen presents you with search criteria to search and select the day type and transfers the same to the main page. You can specify the day type along with the description of the day type in the search criteria. Further, you can also select the status and the control units and initiate the search operation. On initiating the search operation, the system retrieves the corresponding results in the multiline and these details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed. 

The “Help On Day Type No.” page appears.

Day Type No.

The number identifying the day type. The system retrieves all the day type details that match the day type number.

Desc.

The description of the day type.

 

Zoom facility available.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the day type. You can select from “Active”, “Draft”, “Inactive” or “Blank”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.

Maintained By

Use the drop down list box to select the “Maintained By” control units for which the login user has “View” access permission. If the default value does not exist for the login user as defined in the “User Permission” page, then the system displays “Blank” as the default value.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Day Type No.

The number identifying the day type.

Desc.

The description of the day type.

Status

The status of the day type. It can be “Active”, “Draft”, “Inactive”.

Maintained By

The “Maintained By” control units for which the login user has access permission.

Time Table

The number identifying the timetable attached to the day type.
