This page presents you with search criteria to search and select the timetable and transfers the same to the main page. You can specify the timetable along with the description of the timetable in the search criteria. Further, you can also select the status and the control units and initiate the search operation. On initiating the search operation, the system retrieves the corresponding results in the multiline and these details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Time Table No.” field.
The “Help On Time Table No.” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Time Table No. |
The number identifying the timetable. The system retrieves all the timetable details that match the timetable number. |

Desc. |
The description of the timetable. |

Zoom facility available. | |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the timetable. You can select from “Active”, “Draft”, “Inactive” or “Blank”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |

Maintained By |
Use the drop down list box to select the “Maintained By” control units for which the login user has “View” access permission. If the default value does not exist for the login user as defined in the “User Permission” page, then the system displays “Blank” as the default value. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the timetable details.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

The number identifying the timetable. |

The description of the timetable. |

Status |
The status of the timetable. It can be “Active”, “Draft”, “Inactive”. |

Maintained By |
The “Maintained By” control units for which the login user has access permission. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the timetable details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the timetable details to the main page.
