This page allows you to search and select the planning order and transfers the same to the main page. You can initiate the search on entering the planning order, sale order along with the description, and planning group of the planning order. You can also make bulk search by specifying the range of start dates and end dates. The control units and the person who has planned the order can also be selected.
The search can be initiated on specifying a single field or the combination of fields. On furnishing the details in the search criteria and initiating the search operation, the system retrieves the corresponding results in the multiline. The selected details are transferred to the main page.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Plg. Order No.” field.
The “Help On Planning Order No.” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

The unique number identifying the planning orders based on which the planning order details are displayed. |
Sale Order No. |
The number identifying the sale order. |
Plg. Group |
The code identifying the planning group of the planning order. |

The description of the planning group. |

The starting date in the range of dates from which the planning order details are to be retrieved. |
Start Date To |
The starting date in the range of dates to which the planning order details are to be retrieved. |
Maintained By |
Use the drop-down list box to select the “Maintained By” control units for which the login user has access permission. The system retrieves the control units from the “Organization Model” business component along with a “Blank” record. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Due Date From |
The due date in the range of dates from which the planning order details are to be retrieved. |
Due Date To |
The due date in the range of dates to which the planning order details are to be retrieved. |
Planned By |
Use the drop-down list box to select the “Planned By” of type “Material Planner: of control units for which the login user has transaction permission. The system retrieves the control units from the “Organization Model” business component along with a “Blank” record. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the planning order details.

The name of the project as defined in the Management Accounting (MAC) business component. |

The “Maintained By” control units for which the login user has access permission. |
Planned By |
The “Planned By” of type “Material Planner” of control units for which the login user has access permission. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the planning order details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer planning order no details to the main screen.
