Using online help

This page allows you to search and select the pick sheet and transfers the same to the main page. You can initiate the search on entering the pick sheet, work order along with the item, the warehouse where the item is identified, work order start date in the search criteria. You can enter a specific field or combination of fields and the system retrieves all the details that match the criteria specified in the multiline. Otherwise, the system retrieves blank records in the multiline. On retrieving the details, you can select the records to be transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.

The “Help On Pick Sheet” page appears.

Pick Sheet

The number identifying the pick sheet generated for the work order.

Work Order No.

The number identifying the work order against which a pick sheet is generated.

Item Code

The code identifying the input item for which pick sheet is generated

Warehouse Code

The code identifying the warehouse against which a pick sheet is generated

Order Start Date

The start date of the work order.

For the combinations specified in the search criteria, the system retrieves the pick sheet details to the multiline using

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline:

Pick Sheet

The number identifying the pick sheet.

Work Order No.

The number identifying the work order.

Item Code

The code identifying the input item.

Variant Code

The code or number identifying the variant of the input item.

Warehouse Code

The code identifying the warehouse where the item is valid.

Order Start Date

The start date of the work order.

Line No.

The number identifying the line item of the pick sheet.
