Unmap Account Code - Analysis Code Mapping

This activity allows you to search and unmap Analysis Codes mapped for an Account Code. If you know the Analysis Code / Sub Analysis Code / Account code for which you want to unmap, you can enter it directly. Otherwise, you can carry out a blank search without specifying the Analysis Code / Sub Analysis Code / Account code. You can also search by specifying the description of the Analysis Code / Sub Analysis Code / Account code identifying the mapping. The system retrieves the search results based on the search criteria entered.

Select the “Unmap Account Code - Analysis Code Mapping” link under the “Account Based Budget” business component.

The “Unmap Account Code - Analysis Code Mapping” page appears.

Enter the following fields:

Option	Use the drop-down list box to select the option. The combo is loaded with “Analysis Codes Mapped to Account Code“ and “Account Code Mapped to Analysis Codes”. The system displays “Account Codes Mapped to Analysis/Sub Analysis Codes” by default on launch of the page.
Account Code From	The starting range of the code identifying the Account Code from which you want to view the mapping details.
To	The ending range of the code identifying the Account Code upto which you want to view the mapping details.
Account Code Description	The description of the Account Code for which you want to view the mapping details.
Analysis Code From	The starting range of the code identifying the Analysis Code from which you want to view the mapping details.
To	The ending range of the code identifying the Analysis Code upto which you want to view the mapping details.
Analysis Code Description	The description of the Analysis Code for which you want to view the mapping details.
Sub Analysis Code From	The starting range of the code identifying the Sub Analysis Code from which you want to view the mapping details.
To	The ending range of the code identifying the Sub Analysis Code upto which you want to view the mapping details.
Sub Analysis Code Description	The description of the Sub Analysis code for which you want to view the mapping details.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Account Code-Analysis Code Mapping Details multiline based on the search criteria entered.

Account Code	A unique code identifying the Account Code.
Analysis Code	A unique code identifying the Analysis Code.
Sub Analysis Code	A unique code identifying the Sub Analysis Code.
Default	The default account analysis mapping details.
Account Code Description	The detailed description of the Account Code.
Analysis Code Description	The detailed description of the Analysis Code.
Sub Analysis Code Description	The detailed description of the Sub Analysis Code.

Click the “Unmap” pushbutton to unmap Account Code and Analysis code Mapping.
