Edit Capital Journal – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to modify capital journals that are in “Fresh” status. In this activity, you can also delete a capital journal. You can search and select the capital journal by specifying certain search criteria. You can also modify the accounting information of the asset through this activity.

The system generates the accounting entry after deletion. The system re-calculates the debit and the credit total. The system saves all the modified details in “Fresh” status. The system also updates the login ID of the user and the system date along with the modification details.

• Go to “Edit Capital Journal” page.

•  Select the accounting information in the multiline and delete them.
