Help on Inventory Sheet

This help page allows you to search and select an inventory sheet and transfer the details to the field where it is required. You can carry out the search by specifying a range of inventory sheet numbers, sheet date, asset location code, asset class code, asset group code, asset number, cost center and the asset tag details. The system will display the details based on the search criteria entered.
Click the lens icon provided next to the “Inventory Sheet No.” field.
The “Help on Inventory Sheet” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Inventory Sheet No. From |
The starting code in the range of codes identifying the inventory sheet that you want to retrieve. (Alphanumeric, 12). |

To |
The ending code in the range of codes identifying the inventory sheet that you want to retrieve. (Alphanumeric, 12). |
|
Sheet Date From |
The starting date in the range of dates identifying the sheet date from which it is valid. (Date Format). |
|
To |
The ending date in the range of dates identifying the sheet date, which it expires. (Date Format). |

Asset Location Code |
The code identifying the asset location of the inventory sheet. (Alphanumeric, 12). |

Asset Class Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the asset class of the inventory sheet. |

Asset Group Code |
The code identifying the asset location of the inventory sheet. (Alphanumeric, 12). |

The code identifying the asset number of the inventory sheet. (Alphanumeric, 12). |

Asset Desc. |
A textual description of the asset code. (Alphanumeric, 255). |

Cost Center |
The code identifying the cost center of the asset. (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Tag No |
The code identifying the asset tag number. (Alphanumeric, 12). |

A textual description of the asset tag. (Alphanumeric, 255). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the details.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria.

The code identifying the inventory sheet. |

Sheet Desc. |
A textual description of the inventory sheet. |

Sheet Date |
The date of the inventory sheet. |
|
Status |
The status of the inventory sheet. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the depreciation rule for transfer.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton to transfer the depreciation rule to the main page.
