Help On TCD Account

This Help page allows you to search and select a TCD code or Account code and transfer the details to the field where it is required. You can carry out a search by specifying the range of TCD codes or TCD variant or Account codes that you want to retrieve. You can also search by specifying the description and the finance book in which the TCD account was defined. The system retrieves the TCD code, TCD Variant, Account code based on the search criteria entered.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “TCD Code” field.

The “Help On TCD Account” page appears.

The system displays the following detail in the header:

Event

The system displays the event or business process on which the cost center mapping is done.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

TCD Code From	The starting code in the range of TCD codes that you want to retrieve. (Alphanumeric, 10).
To	The ending code in the range of TCD codes that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 10).
Description	The textual description of the TCD code that you want to retrieve.
TCD Variant From	The starting code in the range of TCD variant that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 10).
To	The ending code in the range of TCD variant that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 10).
Description	The textual description of TCD variant that you want to retrieve.
Account Code From	The starting code in the range of Account code that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 32).
To	The ending code in the range of Account code that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 32).
Description	The textual description of Account code that you want to retrieve.
Finance Book	Use the drop-down list box to select the finance book in which the TCD account is defined.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

TCD Code	The code identifying the TCD code.
TCD Code Description	The textual description of the TCD code.
TCD Variant	The code identifying the TCD variant.
Variant Description	The textual description of the TCD variant.
Account Code	The code identifying the Account code.
Account Description	A textual description of the account code.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a TCD Account.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
