Viewing sale cost center rule definition

This page allows you to view the details of a sale cost center definition. The system retrieves and displays the mandatory parameters of the sale cost center definitions.

Select the “View Sale Cost Center Rule Definition” link from the “Select Cost Center Rule Definition” page.

The “View Sale Center Rule Definition” page appears.

Enter the following field:

Company Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the company over which the business unit has been defined. Mandatory. If the business unit spans across companies, then all the company codes that are mapped to the business unit to which the login organization unit belongs, will be available for selection in ascending order along with blank. The system displays blank by default on launch of the page.

The system displays the following in the “Cost Center Definition Details” multiline:

Finance Book	The code identifying the finance book that has been mapped to the company business unit combination.
COGS Account	The code identifying the cost of goods sold account.
Cost Center	The code identifying the cost center that has been defined for the company code + finance book + COGS account combination.
Effective From	The date from which the cost center definition for the company code + finance book + COGS account combination is valid.
Valid Upto Date	The date till which the cost center definition is valid.
Account Desc.	A brief description of the COGS account.
Cost Center Desc.	A brief description of the cost center that has been mapped to the COGS account.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Additional Parameters” link from the bottom of the page to view the additional parameters involved in the sale cost center definition.

Select the “View TCD Definition” link from the bottom of the page to view the sale TCD cost center definition.
