Basics of using Ramco Enterprise series web page

Using online help

This page allows you to view the electronic payment details and the payment schedule that has been generated based on the pay term set while creating the note. You can view the electronic payment details of the customer and the login company. You can view the payment details and the payment schedule information.

The “Payment Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Note No.

The number identifying the note.

Status

The status of the document.

Discount Computation

The amount on which the discount has been calculated.

Pay Term

The code identifying the pay term.

Desc.

The textual description of the pay term.

Currency

The code identifying the currency in which the note has been created.

Total Amount

The total debit amount.

Receipt Method

The method in which the electronic payment is received from the customer.

The system displays the following in the “Payment Details” group box:

Company Bank / PTT Code

The code identifying the bank or the PTT code of the company.

Company Bank / PTT Code Type

The bank or PTT code type of the company.

Company Bank / PTT Account No

The code identifying the Bank / PTT account number of the company.

Contract  / Participation ID.

The code identifying the contract / participation ID of the company.

Contract Reference

The code identifying the contract reference of the company.

Customer Bank / PTT Reference

The 9 digits or 5-digit code identifying the reference number.

Customer Bank / PTT Reference Type

The reference type of the customer Bank/PTT.

Customer Bank / PTT Account No.

The number identifying the bank or the PTT account number of the customer.

The system displays the following in the “Payment Schedule Information” multiline:

Term No.

A unique number identifying the installment that is due for payment.

Due Date

The date on which the installment is due for payment.

Due Amount Type

The type of the amount that is due for payment from “Flat Amount” or “Percentage”.

Due %

The percentage of the amount due on the due date.

Due Amount

The amount due for the installment.

Discount Computation Amount

The amount on which the discount has been calculated.

Discount Amount Type

The type of discount amount that can be availed from “Flat Amount” or “Percentage”.

Discount Date

The date on or before which the payment due must be made to avail the discount.

Discount %

The percentage of the amount that can be deducted as discount.

Discount Amount

The amount that can be deducted as discount.

Penalty %

The percentage of penalty due if the payment is not made on or before the due date.

Electronic Slip Reference No.

The number identifying the electronic slip reference issued by the bank.

Coding Line

The number identifying the coding line.
