Help on Provision Request

This Help page allows you to search and select a provision request and transfer the details to the field where it is required. You can carry out a search by specifying the request number details, the request date and the request amount. The system retrieves the values based on the details entered.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Provision Request No” field.

The “Help on Provision Request” page appears.

Enter the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Request No. From	The starting code in the range of codes identifying the request number that you want to retrieve. (Alphanumeric, 12).
To	The ending code in the range of codes identifying the request number that you want to retrieve. (Alphanumeric, 12).

The system displays the following:

Finance Book

The code identifying the finance book.

Enter the following fields:

Request Date From	The starting date in the range of dates identifying the request date that you want to retrieve. (Date Format).
To	The ending date in the range of dates identifying the request date that you want to retrieve. (Date Format).
Amount From	The starting amount in the range of amounts identifying the request amount that you want to retrieve. (Integer).
To	The ending amount in the range of amounts identifying the request amount that you want to retrieve. (Integer).

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Request No	The number identifying the request number that you want to retrieve.
Request Date	The date identifying the request date that you want to retrieve.
Base Total Amount	The total base amount of the provision request.
Finance Book	The code identifying the finance book.
Status	The status of the provision request.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required Request number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
