Using online help

This help page allows you to search and select a link id and transfer the details to the field where it is required.

You can search by specifying a range of link ids you want to retrieve. Based on the search criteria, the system displays a list of link ids in the multiline. The selected link id will be transferred to the required page when you click the “OK” pushbutton.

The “Help for Link ID” page appears.

The system displays the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Field Caption

The fields based on which search will be made. The system displays “Physical Element Type”, “Physical Element”, “Link Id”, “Source Type” and “Destination Type” on launch of the page.

Rel. Operators

Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator to select the link id. You can select from “Like”, “=”, “<”, “>”, “Between”, “<=”, “>=” and “!=”. The system displays “=” for the “Physical Element Type”, “Source Type” and “Destination Type” fields and “Like” for the “Physical Element” and “Link Id” fields by default on launch of the page.

Value(s)

The values to be searched. The “Physical Element Type” field is set to the value selected in the main page.

The values to be searched. Enter value in this field when you select the “Between” relational operator to search for a range of values.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria specified:

Link ID

The code identifying the link id

Source Type

The type of source, which could be “Storage”, “Process Area”, “Process Unit” or “Link Node”.

From Physical Element

The code identifying the physical element from which the material flows through the link.

From Warehouse

The code identifying the warehouse from which the material flows through the link.

From Zone

The code identifying the zone from which the material flows through the link.

From Bin

The code identifying the bin from which the material flows through the link.

From Link Node

The code identifying the link node from which the material flows through the link.

Destination Type

The type of destination, which could be “Storage”, “Link Node”, “Process Unit” or “Process Area”.

To Physical Element

The code identifying the physical element in to which the material flows through the link.

To Warehouse

The code identifying the warehouse in to which the material flows through the link.

To Zone

The code identifying the zone in to which the material flows through the link.

To Link Node

The code identifying the link node in to which the material flows through the link.

Link Type

The type of the link.
