This activity allows you to view the item routing schemes defined for the links. The system provides search option to find the required scheme by providing the known details of physical element type, routing scheme and physical element. The system displays all details pertaining to the routing scheme selected.

The “View Item Routing Scheme” page appears.

Physical Element Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator to choose the physical element type. The system displays “=” by default on launch of the page.

 

Use the drop-down list box to select the physical element type. You can select “Process Area” or “Process Unit”. The system displays “Process Unit” by default on launch of the page.

Routing Scheme

Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator to choose the routing scheme. You can select from “Like”, “=”, “<”, “>”, “Between”, “<=”, “>=” and “!=”. The system displays “Like” by default on launch of the page.

Description

Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator for selecting the description of the routing scheme. You can select “Like” or “=”. The system displays “Like” by default on launch of the page.

Physical Element

Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator to choose the physical element. You can select from “Like”, “=”, “<”, “>”, “Between”, “<=”, “>=” and “!=”. The system displays “Like” by default on launch of the page.

Description

Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator for selecting the description of the physical element. You can select “Like” or “=”. The system displays “Like” by default on launch of the page.

The system retrieves and displays the following details “Flow Information” multiline:

Routing Scheme

The code identifying the routing scheme.

Physical Element

The code identifying the physical element.

Link ID

The code identifying the link id associated to the routing scheme.

Item

The code identifying the item flowing through the link.

Variant

The code identifying the variant of the item.

IO Type

The type of the item, which could be “Input” or “Output”.

Quantity

The planned quantity of the item for the link id.

UOM

The unit of measurement by which the quantity of the item is determined.

Time

The planned time for the link id.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the time.

Physical Element Description

The description of the physical element.

Routing Scheme Description

The description of the routing scheme.

Item Description

The description of the item.

The system displays the following details.

Created By

The login id of the user who created the routing scheme.

Created Date

The date on which the routing scheme was created.

Modified By

The login id of the user who last modified the routing scheme.

Modified Date

The date on which the routing scheme was last modified.
