Basics of using Ramco Enterprise series web pages

Using online help

This activity allows you to view the details of link ids created. The system provides search option to select the appropriate link id by providing details of physical element type, physical element and description, if the values are known. The system displays all details of link id pertaining to the physical element in the multiline.

The “View Link ID Information” page appears.

Physical Element Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator to choose the physical element type. The system displays “=” by default on launch of the page.

 

Use the drop-down list box to select the physical element type. You can select “Process Area” or “Process Unit”. The system displays “Process Unit” by default on launch of the page.

Physical Element

Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator to choose the physical element. You can select from “Like”, “=”, “<”, “>”, “Between”, “<=”, “>=” and “!=”. The system displays “Like” by default on launch of the page.

Description

Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator for selecting the description of the physical element. You can select “Like” or “=”. The system displays “Like” by default on launch of the page.

The system displays the following details in the “Link ID Information” multiline:

Element

The code identifying the process element.

Link ID

The code identifying the link.

Source Type

The type of physical element from which the link starts. The system displays “Storage”, “Link Node”, “Process Unit” or “Process Area”.

From Physical Element

The code identifying the physical element from which the material flows through the link.

From Warehouse

The code identifying the warehouse from which the material flows through the link.

From Zone

The code identifying the zone from which the material flows through the link.

From Link Node

The code identifying the link node from which the material flows through the link.

Destination Type

The type of physical element to which the material flows in. The system displays “Storage”, “Link Node”, “Process Unit” or “Process Area”.

To Physical Element

The code identifying the physical element in to which the material flows through the link.

To Warehouse

The code identifying the warehouse in to which the material flows through the link.

To Zone

The code identifying the zone in to which the material flows through the link.

To Link Node

The code identifying the link node in to which the material flows through the link.

Link Type

The type of the link.

Physical Element Description

The description of the physical element.

Status

The status of the link id, which could be “Active”,

The system displays the following details.

Created By

The login id of the user who created the link id information.

Created Date

The date on which the link id information was created.

Modified By

The login id of the user who last modified the link id information.

Modified Date

The date on which the link id information was last modified.
