Mapping components to Application server

This page allows mapping business components in the selected OU to the Application server.

Click the hyperlinked image ‘’ which is displayed in the ‘Component’ field against the Resource Type “App Server” in the multiline of the “Create Resource” tab of the “Resource Details” page.

The “Map Components to App Server” page appears.

The system displays the following in the search criteria:

Application Sever ID	The identifier of the Application server to which the business component is mapped.
Application Server Name	The name of the Application server.

OU Instance Name

Use the drop-down list box and select the name of the OU Instance.

The system displays the following in the search criteria:

Description	The description of the OU Instance.
OU Instance ID	The identifier of the OU Instance.

Show

Use the drop-down list and select the following options to retrieve the business components. The system lists the following values:

All - Select this option to retrieve all the business components in the multiline.
Mapped – Select this option to retrieve the components that are already mapped to the Application server.
Unmapped – Select this option to retrieve the components that are not mapped to the Application server.

By default, the system displays “All”.

Component Name

The name of the business component.

Component Description

The description of the business component.

The system displays the following in the multiline:

OU Instance Name	The name of the OU instance.
OU Description	The description of the OU instance.
Component Name	The name of the business component to be mapped to the Application server in the header.
Component Description	The description of the business component.

Map

Check this box to map the business component to the Application server in the header.

Click the save pushbutton to save the component-Application server mapping details.
