View Referred Equipment / Locations

This page allows you to view all the other equipment and locations for which clearance permit has been created. Tell me more.

Select the “View Referred Equipment / Locations” link from the bottom of the main page.

The “View Referred Equipment / Locations” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Ref. Doc. Type	The type of the document based on which clearance permit was issued. If you have launched this page from “Create Clearance Request” activity, the system displays “Clearance Request” in this field. If you have launched this page from “Create Clearance Permit” activity, the system displays the reference document type for which the clearance permit is created, that is “Clearance Request”, “Work Order”, “Inspection Order” or “Calibration Order”.
Ref. Doc. No.	The number of the document based on which the clearance permit was issued. If you have launched this page from “Create Clearance Request” activity, the system displays the number of the clearance request in this field. If you have launched this page from “Create Clearance Permit” activity, the system displays the reference document number for which the clearance permit was created.
Clearance Permit	If you have launched this page from “Create Clearance Permit” page, the system displays the clearance permit in this field.

The system retrieves the following fields in the “Eqp./Loc. Details” multiline:

Eqp. / Loc. Type	The maintainable object on which the clearance request is raised or the clearance permit is issued. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”.
Code	The identifier of the equipment or location.
Desc.	The description of the equipment/location.
Ref. Doc. Type	The document based on which the clearance request is raised or clearance permit is issued.
	If you have launched this page from “Create Clearance Permit” page, the system displays the reference document type that is displayed in the “Ref Doc Type” field in the header.
	If you have launched this page from “Create Clearance Request” page and if the clearance request is raised based on a document such as work order or inspection order, the system displays “Work Order”, “Inspection” or “Calibration Order” in this field. If the clearance request is raised directly on the equipment or location, the system leaves this field blank.
Ref. Doc. No.	The reference document number of the document type that is displayed in the “Ref Doc Type” field.

This page allows you to view all the other equipment and locations for which clearance permit has been created. This page can also be launched from the “Create Clearance Request” activity. If it is launched from the “Create Clearance Request” activity, the system displays all the equipment and locations for which the clearance request is raised. If this page is launched from this activity, the system retrieves the document based on which the clearance permit is raised, and all the equipment and locations for which the clearance permit has been created. The document can be a work order, inspection order, calibration order or a clearance request.
