Clearance Request

The clearance request to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).

To search for a clearance request.

Clearance Request

The clearance request to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the clearance request in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the clearance requests, which are similar to the clearance request entered here.

Reason

The reason for which the clearance request is raised (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the reason in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all clearance requests, which are raised for reasons similar to the reason entered here.

Status

 

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve clearance requests based on status. The system provides the options: “Fresh”, “Approved”, “Canceled”, “Rejected” and “Closed”. Leave the field blank to retrieve clearance requests irrespective of the status. The system displays “Fresh”, by default.

Created By

 

The employee ID of the user who created the clearance request (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the employee ID in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all clearance requests that are raised by users whose employee IDs are similar to the employee ID entered here.

CR On

Use the drop-down list box to select the maintainable object on which the clearance request was raised. The system provides the options “Equipment” or “Location”. Leave the field blank to retrieve clearance requests raised on both equipment and location.

Code

The equipment or location code for which the clearance request was raised (Alphanumeric, 30).

Ref. Doc. Type

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve clearance requests raised based on a reference document. The system provides the options “Calibration Order”, “Inspection Order” and “Work Order”. Leave the field blank to retrieve clearance requests raised irrespective of the reference documents.

Ref. Doc. No.

The number of the reference document based on which the clearance request was raised (Alphanumeric, 18).

Get Ref. Doc. Details

Check this box to retrieve the clearance request along with the details of the reference document based on which the clearance request was created.

Get Eqp./Loc. Details

Check this box to retrieve the clearance request along with the details of the equipment or location for which the clearance request was created.

From

The date starting from which you wish to retrieve the clearance requests that are created. (Date Format).

To

The date till which you wish to retrieve the clearance requests that are created (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the date entered in the “From” field.

The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Clearance Request

The clearance request retrieved by the system.

Reason

The reason for which the clearance request is raised.

Date

The date on which the clearance request is created.

Created By

The employee ID of the user who has raised the clearance request.

Name

The name of the user. Name of the user will be retrieved only if this user login ID has been mapped to an Employee code in the “Create Roles and Rights Activity”.

Status

The status of the clearance request which can be “Fresh”, “Approved”, “Canceled”, “Rejected” or “Closed”.

CR On

The “Equipment” or “Location” for which the clearance request was raised.

Code

The equipment or location code.

Ref. Doc. Type

The reference document based on which the clearance request was created. It can be a “Work Order”, “Inspection Order” or a “Calibration Order”.

Selecting clearance request for viewing – An overview

View Clearance Request - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to select the clearance request for viewing. You can directly enter the clearance request. Otherwise you can carry out a search based on the clearance request, the reason for which the request is raised, the clearance request status, the employee ID of the user who has created the request and the dates for which clearance is required. Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the clearance requests for viewing.
